DOVER - Mary E. Conner, of Dover, passed away on Sept. 27, 2010, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital in Dover. She was 78. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at Emmanuel AME Church, 1755 Lockwood Chapel Road, Hartly, with viewing two hours prior. Also, viewing will be Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W.
