FRANKFORD - Mark A. Rogers, of Frankford, Del. passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 31, 2016 in Dagsboro, Del. Mark was born in Lewes, Del., on Oct. 12, 1986, son of John A. Rogers and Kathleen M. (Thornton). Mark was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Delbert and Grace Rogers; and a brother, Nicholas Lee in 2002. He is survived by his mother Kathleen (Thornton) Clough and her husband, John of Frankford, Del.; his father, John A. Rogers of Dover, Del.; two brothers, Mike Rogers and his wife, Christy of Frankford, Del. and Matthew Rogers of Frankford, Del.; and a sister, Patricia Clough of Astoria, N.Y. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, John and Phyllis Thornton of Georgetown, Del.; two nieces, Gracie and Georgia Mae Rogers of Frankford, Del.; a nephew, Nicholas Lee of Dover, Del.; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. A visitation will be held from 5-6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher St., Frankford, DE 19945, where the memorial service will begin at 6 p.m. Interment will be private.
