Marjorie was born in Bigelow Township, Minn., Dec. 6, 1917, to Marjorie (Church) and Emil Olaf Olson, the fourth of nine children.

In 1960, the family moved to Billings, Mont. In 1968 they retired to travel in their travel trailer and spend winters in Mesa, Ariz. A cherished memory of their travels was their motor home trip throughout New Zealand.

She dedicated her life to her family and loved ones. Her grandchildren will miss her chocolate chip cookies. Her sewing and embroidery is a treasure to each one of us.

She touched the lives of many and all of us are especially blessed to have been loved as only a mother and grandmother can love.

During the past several years Mom looked forward to the spiritual strength and support she received from The Hour of Power (Crystal Cathedral) on Sunday mornings.

In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Dale who died in October 2002; a brother; four sisters; and sons-in-law, Frank DiMondi and Ward Swanser.
