'Peggy' McDuffie, 80
DOVER - Margaret Frances "Peggy" McDuffie went home to be with the Lord, Monday, January 24, 2022 in Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital.
Peggy was born August 17, 1941 in Moorfield, West Virginia to the late, Marvin & Beulah (Halterman) Vetter. She had worked as an X-Ray technician, and in her free time enjoyed cooking, knitting, crafting, sewing, painting, & drawing. Peggy was a devout Christian who loved the Lord, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her brother, Marvin Vetter, Jr.
Peggy is survived by her husband of 44 years, George D. McDuffie; her son, Robert L. Fletcher & wife, Annmarie, of Kettering, Ohio; her daughter, Stacey L. Fletcher & husband, Jonathan Miller, of Chadds Ford, Pa.; and four grandchildren, Harrison & Hank Fletcher and Alanis & Miles Miller.
Private Services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First State Animal Center and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.
