Marcella J. Phillips, 83 OCEAN VIEW - Marcella J. Phillips, of Ocean View, passed away in her home on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. She was 83. She was born in Huntington, W. Va. Mrs. Phillips was a retired executive secretary. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Lori Phillips. She is survived by her husband, John R. Phillips; her son, Richard Phillips and his wife Julie of Pearland, Texas; her daughter, Aimee Ganster and her husband Larry of Frankford; stepson, John R. Phillips II and his wife Nicole of Franklin, Pa.; four grandchildren, Julie Rae Brosnan, Holly Osborn, Chuck Phillips and Tyler Boell; step granddaughter, Victoria; and a great-granddaughter, Abigail Brosnan. Services were private. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services of Ocean View.
