LAUREL - Lucy M. King passed away on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at home. Lucy was born in Va., the daughter of the late Charles R. and Winifred White Hall. She was a homemaker and a member of the Messiah's Vineyard Church in Laurel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. King in 2005. She is survived by her children, Boyd King and wife Barbara Parks of Keaneysville, W.Va., Phyllis Holmes, and Jeanette McIntosh and husband Charles T. all of Laurel; 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 17 great great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Messiah's Vineyard Church, 30048 Sussex Highway, Laurel, Del., where friends may call after 10 a.m. Interment will be in Conley's Chapel Cemetery, Angola. Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Georgetown.
