DOVER - Lucille Marie Murphy of Dover passed away surrounded by her family, on Saturday, January 10, 2015 in Cadia Rehabilitation Capitol Healthcare in Dover. Mrs. Murphy was born in Harrington, Del., the daughter of the late John and Mary (Eury) Clark. After graduating from Harrington High School, Mrs. Murphy received her diploma from the Milford Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She worked in nursing and then became a homemaker. Before her long-term illness, Mrs. Murphy attended Faith Community Church and enjoyed singing, volunteering at Bay Health Kent General in Dover, and going to the beach. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Orville, Irving and Stanley Clark and sisters Pauline Kohland, Ruth Bloom and Doris Gahagen. Mrs. Murphy is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Clarence Murphy; daughter Karen Murphy of Fla.; daughter Candace Casto and husband David of Dover; brother, Harold Clark; grandchildren, Megan McNatt; Lauren and Paige Casto. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday January 17, 2015 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave. Wyoming where friends may call after 12 noon. Burial will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover. On line condolences may be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
