SEAFORD - Louise M. Monaco of Seaford died of natural causes Friday, Oct. 26, 2007, in Genesis Elder Care, Seaford Center. She was 94.
Mrs. Monaco operated Monaco's Restaurant and Grocery Store in Seaford with her husband and family.
She was an excellent baker of pies and cakes.
Mrs. Monaco was a life member of the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and a member of St. John's United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Monaco, in 1998.
She is survived a son, Jeffrey L. Monaco, and his fiancée, Brenda Hoopes, both of Lewes; and two grandchildren, Brandon Monaco and Sean Monaco.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St., Seaford, where friends may call one hour earlier.
Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Seaford.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the First State Community Action Agency, P.O. Box 877, Georgetown, DE 19947, Attn: Jerry Horsey.
