FELTON - Linda D. Outten passed away peacefully at home after a courageous seven year battle with cancer on Friday Nov. 1, 2013. She was born on Aug. 24, 1952 in Wilmington, to the late William E. Keiser and Jane C. Dale. After a 20 year career as a data processor with Playtex, she retired. She enjoyed traveling and spending her winters in Yuma, Az. and summers in Ocean City, Md. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Helou and staff, John Hopkins, Compassionate Care Hospice of Millsboro, and Joan Bartsch, RN, for their dedication and kindness. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Ronald B. Outten; step-son, David Outten; sister, Billinda Kinckiner and her husband Keith; two grandchildren, Melanie Suber and her husband Glen, and Benjamin Outten; four great-grandchildren; niece and nephew, Brad and Stacey Kinckiner. Graveside Services and Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wed., Nov. 6, 2013 at Lake Side Cemetery, Dover. The family request that memorial contributions be given to Compassionate Care Hospice 28467 DuPont Blvd., Ste 6, Millsboro, DE 19966.
