HARRINGTON - Lillie Mae Brown, 85, of Harrington, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at Harrison Senior Living, Georgetown. Mrs. Brown was born in Milford, the daughter of the late William David and Emma (Waltham) Holloway. She worked as a clerk at the Harrington Pharmacy for many years. She was a member of the Women of the Moose, Harrington Moose Lodge # 534. She loved to cook and bake cookies, especially around Christmas. She was preceded in death by her husband Homer G. Brown in 2008. She is survived by one sister, Sallie Pritchard, of Medina, N.Y.; a devoted niece, Gloria Minner and her husband George of Harrington; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, at the McKnatt, Carpenter & Baker Funeral Home, 50 Commerce Street, Harrington where friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
