MIDDLETOWN - Liam Thomas Bradley of Middletown died suddenly Monday, March 12, 2007, in his home. He was 12. Liam attended the John Charlton School in Dover.

Liam was the heart of his family. With his smile and twinkling blue eyes, he brought enormous joy. He loved the water, whether he was swimming or throwing sticks and stones. Liam also loved his music, Disney movies, looking through family photo albums and reading his favorite books.

He enjoyed roller coasters and trips to the beach, as well as roller skating and horseback riding. Liam liked riding in his daddy's car and taking long walks at Lums Pond. Liam always had a big smile when jumping on the trampoline with his sister and the neighborhood kids. He loved cuddling with his mom and getting raspberries and piggyback rides from her.

Although he had autism and trouble speaking, Liam understood the world in a unique and accurate way. Liam taught those around him the greatest and most important lessons in their lives.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Bradley; and his Pop Pop, William McGinnity.

He will be greatly missed by his parents, Peter and Denise Bradley of Middletown; his sister and brother, Alana and Conor, both of Middletown; Mom Mom Peg McGinnity of Mays Landing, N.J., and Grandmom Marie Bradley of West Chester, Pa.; Uncle "Bull" and Aunt Josee McGinnity of Linwood, N.J.; Uncle Tom and Aunt Helene Bradley of Drexel Hill, Pa.; Aunt Caroline and Uncle Slade McLaughlin of Bryn Mawr, Pa.; Uncle Jon Bradley of Brigantine, N.J.; and Aunt Amy Hughes of Northfield, N.J. He is also missed and survived by 13 cousins.

Friends may call today, from 7 to 9 p.m., in the Hutchison and Daniels Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, at 11 a.m., in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 115 Cleaver Farm Road, Middletown.

Interment will follow at Old Bohemia Cemetery, Warwick, Md.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations supporting research into the link between thimersol in vaccines and autism at the Alan D. Clark, M.D. Memorial Research Fund, P.O. Box 585, Carthage, MO 64836.
