Leslie Roosa Warrington

MILFORD - Leslie Roosa Warrington, a Milford native, passed away at her home in Florida, Aug. 22, 2011, at the age of 73. She was a graduate of Milford High School and Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia. Leslie was predeceased by her parents, John and Louise Roosa; and her husband, Eric Warrington. She is survived by a daughter, Karen Haug-Boles and her husband Bill; a son, Maurice "Moy" Warrington and his wife Tammy; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of Florida; a sister, Virginia Van Tine and her husband John; a niece, a nephew, and several cousins, all in Delaware. Burial will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at Henlopen Memorial Park, Milton. A Memorial Service will follow at 11 a.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church, 102 E. Laurel St, Georgetown, with Rev. John Van Tine officiating. Friends may greet the family after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 92 Read's Way, Suite 205, New Castle, DE 19720; or to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
