Lena M. Analore, 85

DOVER - Lena M. Analore, of Dover, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at her home. She was 85. She was born on Sept. 3, 1923, in Hazlettville, to the late Anthony and Teresa Carnesi Messina. She was a member of St. Polycarp's Catholic Church, Smyrna. She worked many years as an auditor for the Farmers Bank, Dover. She was at Del Mar Ford Tractor in Cheswold for 16 years. She retired in 2007 as a bookkeeper from Joseph Wick Nurseries. She enjoyed flower gardening and took great pride in her home and maintaining her yard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Santo C. Analore, July 5, 1993; and her son, Anthony C. Analore, Oct. 10, 1997. She is survived by her daughter and her husband, Carolee T. and George O'Neal of Wyoming; son, Joseph A. Analore of Dover; grandson and his wife, Shaun M. and Jennifer Condron of Dover; grandson, Joseph Aron Analore of Dover; granddaughter, Andrea C. Analore of York, England; grandson, Anthony C. "Tony" Analore Jr. of Ecclefechan, Scotland; and great-granddaughter, Katelyn E. Condron of Dover. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 9, at St. Polycarp's Catholic Church, Smyrna, where friends may call one hour prior. Burial will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover.
