LEWES - Lawrence Edward "Little Larry" McLaughlin of Lewes died Saturday, May 26, 2007, in Falls Township, Bucks County, Pa. He was 29.

"Little Larry" was born in Bristol Township, Bucks County, Pa., son of Lawrence Edward McLaughlin of Lewes and the late Debra (Miller)Hubert.

He was a 1997 graduate of Pennbury High School in Fairless Hills, Pa.

Larry had been employed as a transmission installer for the Cottman Transmission Co., Trenton, N.J.

He loved to fish, enjoyed surfing, snowboarding and going to the beach.

He enjoyed attending Punkin Chunkin events and was a member of the "De-Terminator" Punkin Chunkin Team.

In addition to his father, Larry, he is also survived by four sisters, Mandy McLaughlin and Corrine Harpster, both of Lewes and Chelsie Hubert and Ashley Hubert, both of Bensalem, Pa.; three brothers, Christopher Miller, Brian Harpster, and Craig Harpster, all of Lewes; his paternal grandmother, Gwen McLaughlin of Millsboro; his stepmother, Sandy McLaughlin of Lewes; his former stepmother, Diane Miller of Lewes; and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes with the Rev. William Hopkins officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.

Interment will follow at St. Peter"s Cemetery, Pilottown Road, Lewes.

The family requests that flowers be omitted and contributions be made to the Lawrence "Little Larry" McLaughlin Fund, C/O Wilmington Trust Bank, Lewes, DE 19958 to help defray the funeral expenses.
