HARRINGTON - Kymberly D.V. Myers of Harrington died Tuesday, May 1, 2007, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 30.
Kymberly was born in Newport News, Va., daughter of Donald P. Myers of North Dakota and Jodi Vincent of Harrington.
She worked as a waitress and bartender.
Kymberly was a very social person who never met a stranger. She had a close knit circle of girlfriends that she considered her sisters, including Dawn Greenly, Courtney Gerardi, Ashlee Krebel, Jenna Jester and Donna Faye Van Den Heuvel. She was always there when needed, and had a very giving and loving personality.
She loved her dog, Honey Brown, very much and enjoyed spending time with her.
Kymberly will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Jodi and Edward Vincent of Harrington; her father, Donald P. Myers of North Dakota; a sister, Amie Hays of Harrington; two stepbrothers, George E. Vincent of Harrington and Jason Myers of North Dakota; her great-grandmother, Vera Freck of North Point, Fla.; and her nieces and nephews, Jimmy Hays, Kristen Hays, Bradley Hays, Nicole Scott, Kodi Scott, Travis Miller, Blake Gerardi and Alison Vincent.
A gathering of friends to celebrate Kymberly's life will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Highway, Harrington.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Kent County SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934; or a charity of choice.
