DOVER - Kevin Halsey Keitel passed away last week, Jun. 3, 2015. He was born Feb. 14, 1991, in Mt Holly, N.J. He moved with the Keitel family to Dover later that year in Oct. Kevin graduated with honors from Dover High School and from the University of Delaware. He had the good fortune to work for JP Morgan Chase in Wilmington following his graduation. He found the organization and his work in market analysis and application development particularly rewarding. Kevin is survived by his loving parents, Patricia and Thomas Keitel of Dover; his sister and confidante, Courtney Keitel; as well as, his paternal grandfather, Ernst Keitel; and seven aunts and uncles, their children and grandchildren. A visitation/ memorial service will be held Sat., Jun. 13, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10). Visitation will begin at 3PM and memorial service at 4PM. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
