Kelly Rae O'Neal BRIDGEVILLE - Kelly Rae O'Neal, of Bridgeville, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010. She was born the daughter of the late Jessie Wells and Marilyn Sampson Stevenson. Mrs. O'Neal worked for Rapa Scrapple in Bridgeville for 15 years, where she started out as a bookkeeper then to Office Manager before becoming the Plant Manager for the past 7 years. In additional to her father, Mrs. O'Neal was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Wells and a grandson, Christopher Patchett. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Skip O'Neal; her mother and stepfather, Marilyn and George Stevenson of Georgetown; three children, Justin Moore and his wife Robin of Texas, Blake Moore of Roxana and Krista Young of Delmar; a brother, Jesse Wayne Wells and wife Sherry of Texas; a sister, Cassie Reed and her husband Eric of Georgetown; and a grandson, Jude Moore. A memorial service will be 4 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown.
