TOWNSEND - Kelly A. Chippie, of Townsend, passed away on Monday, Aug. 1, 2011, at Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 45. She was born in Newark, N.J., the daughter of John S. Anderson, of Palmerton, Pa., and Mary C. Anderson, of Dover. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of nine years, Edward T. Chippie Jr.; a sister, Shannon Gordon of Felton; a brother, John Anderson of Dover; and several nieces and nephews.
