Kay M. Bagley, 71 MILLSBORO - Kay M. Bagley, age 71, of Millsboro, formerly of Sykesville, Md., passed away Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Kay is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Richard; a daughter, Anne Mink and her husband John; two sisters, Nelda Hetzel, and Doris Middleton; two grandsons, Richard and Hunter Mink. A memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, March 6, at St. Paul's Methodist Church, 7538 Main Street, Sykesville, MD 21781.
