SEAFORD - Katharine G. Brady died Monday, July 23, 2007, at her residence in the Methodist Manor House in Seaford. She was 92.
She was born in Milwaukee.
Mrs. Brady was a registered nurse at the Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Seaford, and also served as Oklahoma district president of Lutheran Women"s Missionary League and the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod, on the Oklahoma District Board.
Her husband, Raymond, died in 1989. She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Brady, in 1985; and a granddaughter, Christy Dunn, in 1987.
Mrs. Brady is survived by her daughter, Ellen Dunn of Laurel; a son, Dr. Raymond Brady of Vancouver, Wash.; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 315 N. Shipley St., Seaford, on Aug. 18 at 1 p.m. Burial will be at a later time in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Christ Lutheran Church, 315 N. Shipley St., Seaford, DE 19973; or the Benevolence Fund of the Methodist Manor House, 1001 Middleford Road, Seaford, DE 19973.
