Karen June Slack, 71
MIDDLETOWN, DE - Karen June Slack passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at her home.
Karen was born on October 6, 1960. Karen enjoyed eating popsicles, drinking iced coffee, eating yogurt, watching television, listening to music and sitting outside. She enjoyed going on outings especially when they involved eating McDonald's.
Although Karen did not speak a lot, it would not be unusual for her to sing the song "Gloria" which brought joy to everyone. She also would communicate when she wanted something. Karen could be "Fiesty" at times, but was loving once she became familiar with you.
Karen will be deeply missed by all of us that loved and cared for her.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 12 p.m. at Hickory Grove Cemetery on Port Penn Road in Middletown.
