REHOBOTH BEACH - Justin Tyler Pecco, 23, of Rehoboth Beach, died Wednesday, July 6, 2011, in Lewes. Justin was born in Bridgeport, Conn. He was a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Lewes. He worked as a carpenter. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles as well as going to car shows. He was a member of St. Edmond's Catholic Church, Rehoboth Beach. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jesse Edward Pecco in 2000. He is survived by his mother, Deborah (Weglarz) Santos; and stepfather, Francisco Santos of Rehoboth Beach; his father, Louis Pecco of Lewes; a stepsister, Tara Santos of West Chester, Pa.; his maternal grandmother, Marcia Weglarz, of Lewes; a cousin Nicole Weglarz, of Milford; his God parents, a God son and God daughter as well as several cousins, aunts ,uncles, nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2011. at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, Coastal Highway, Lewes, where friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, N.
