Cutchin, 89
DOVER - June Kathleen Cutchin passed away peacefully at Westminster Nursing Center on December 14, 2022, after being surrounded by family earlier that evening. Mrs. Cutchin was born in Dorchester County, MD on October 28, 1933, the daughter of Hildred & Grace Hitchens.
June graduated from Federalsburg High School and earlier in her adult life enjoyed riding motorcycles and travel. Later in life, she spent quality time with friends at the Modern Maturity Center. June enjoyed her dogs, Pee-Wee & Precious who kept her company for many years. She was an active member of Willow Grove Church of God for over 25 years as a greeter and Sunday school attendant. She is described as a prayer warrior, always keeping in mind family, friends, and the church. Most of all June would want to be remembered as someone who loved and valued her family, cherishing time spent with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Richard Cutchin (Kim), Robert Cutchin & Lisa Harding (Scott); eight grandchildren, Jesse Cutchin, Lindsey Cutchin, Jacob Cutchin, Harleigh Cutchin, Melinda Cutchin (Billy), Robert Cutchin Jr., Brittney Stewart (Ashlee) & Michael Harding (Isabel); 11 great grandchildren; her siblings, Shirley Breeding, Rebecca Matthews, Darlene Gray (Victor) & Edward Hitchens (Carol).
Funeral Service Monday, December 19, 2022, 11 a.m. at Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming, DE, where friends may call beginning at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Hill Crest Cemetery, Federalsburg, MD
