She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, Chet Taber of Cato, N.Y. (1948) and James W. Fransisco of Camden, (2011).
June was born in Hannibal, N.Y. on October 2, 1925, the daughter of Harry and Nina (Pellet) Cole. She graduated from Hannibal High School in 1943.
June was active with the Republican Campaign Committee. She also enjoyed volunteering with the Read a Loud Program. She worked in the Caesar Rodney cafeteria where her children attended school.

She was a proud and actively involved grandmother to Ryan (Megan) Fransisco, of Magnolia and Matthew Fransisco, of Felton. She will be missed by her great grandchildren, Patrick and Finley Fransisco.
She is survived by her brother, Sherman Cole, of Alabama; her sister, Sharon (Cole) Miller (Carl), of Hannibal, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to the staff of Home Instead and Westminster Village for their compassion and caring over the years. Thanks also to the nurses and doctors at Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover for their expertise and compassion.
