Judy was born Dec. 12, 1954, in Dover, to the late James H. Boone, Sr. and Emma (Barrett) Wilson. She enjoyed breeding Shih Tzu dogs and attending dog shows with her Champion Shih Tzu, "Shy Boy". She loved going to the casino with her husband, cooking big dinners, and having family over. She also liked watching football, Nascar, and wrestling. Judy had a sharp knack for remembering everything family related.
In additions to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Brown, Sr.; and a son-in-law, Charles F. Cooper, III.
Judy is survived by her two daughters, Christal Corson (Kevin), of Frederica and Billi Jo Demir (Mumin), of Milton; her siblings, Joyce Robinson, of Dover and James Boone, of Harrington; her grandchildren, Macy Hastings (Tyler), of Dover, Marissa Cooper (Russell), of Marydel, Md., Charly Cooper, who resided with her, Kirstyn Corson, of Frederica, Chance Boone Thomas, of Bridgeville, Brennan, Mya, and Alyssa Brown and Tyler and Kurt Lapinsky; her great-granddaughter, Annabella Hastings; and 2 step-children, Richard Brown, Jr. (Kim), of Camden and Holly Lapinsky, of Harrington; as well as many very dear friends.
The family wishes to extend a special "Thank You" to Delaware Hospice, for their kindness and care given to Judy.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may gather one hour before.
