Milbourne, Jr., 58 PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - John Wesley Milbourne, Jr., age 58, passed away on January 21, 2014. He leaves to cherish his memories, one sister, Delores Milbourne; one aunt Rachel E. Scott; one uncle, Leroy B. Milbourne; caregiver and cousin, Charlynn Boyer; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. John was preceded in death by his parents, John Wesley Milbourne, Sr. and Sarah Ellen Scott. Celebration of Life will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014 at Mt.
