John R. 'Ricky' Black Jr. GLEN BURNIE, Md. - John R. "Ricky" Black Jr., of Glen Burnie, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 7, 2009. He was born Oct. 10, 1950, at the C&O Hospital in Clifton Forge, Va. He is survived by his mother, Joyce Howard Black, of Millsboro, Del.; and three brothers, Robert Black of Warren, Ark., James Black, of Magnolia, Del., and Paul Black of Bolivia, N.C. He was preceded in death by his father, John R. Black Sr. Ricky loved Civil War history and music. He never married, but loved all of his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Rick worked at the National Security Agency for 26 years and was a faithful and loyal American. Internment was on the 10th of December at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. He was our son, our brother, and our uncle, and we miss him very much.
