DOVER - John Lee Riddleberger passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, Delaware.
Born in Greensboro, Maryland, John was the son of the late Edward and Mary Ethel Riddleberger. He graduated from North Caroline High School in 1964 and served in the United States Army for two years, during which he was stationed in Korea. He was employed as a service technician at Suburban Propane for more than 30 years prior to his retirement in 2011.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Swann; his brother, Bruce Riddleberger; and his daughter-in-law, Heather Riddleberger.
John is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia Thomas Riddleberger of Dover; his son, Todd Lee Riddleberger of Salisbury, Maryland; his grandson Justin Riddleberger; his sister, Gwen Bolt and her husband Norman of Barclay, Maryland; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's name to the Delaware Hospice Center (100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963).
