Coulbourne, Sr., 78 LAUREL - John Harvey "Jack" Coulbourne, Sr., of Laurel and formerly of Chincoteague, Va. passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara (Estes) Coulbourne; four children, John Coulbourne, Jr. of Middletown, Del., Dorothy Coulbourne of Laurel, Debbie Carey of Galena, Md. and Paul Coulbourne of New Castle, Del.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Committal services with Navy honors will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2012, at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road in Bear, Del.
