SELBYVILLE - Jessie James Rayne was born on Aug. 4, 1944, in Selbyville, to the late Samuel L. Griffin and Grace V. Rayne Jones and departed this life on April 4, 2011, while at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md., at the age of 66. Services will be held at Trinity Holiness Church, Frankford, at 1 p.m., on Saturday, where friends may call one hour prior for a viewing. Pastor Charles Walker will officiate. Interment will be on Monday, April 11, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 1 p.m. with full military honors. Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home, Millsboro.
