OKEECHOBEE - Jessica Anna Kinser passed away Aug. 15, 2013 in Okeechobee. She was born April 7, 1988 in Casper, Wyo. to Kenneth and Barbara Kinser. She came to Okeechobee from Casper, Wyo. in 1993. She was a member of the Okeechobee Presbyterian Church. She loved music and collected Barbie dolls. Miss Kinser was preceded in death by her grandmother, Hattie Webster; grandparents, John and Carolyn Stoneking; and uncle and aunt, Jerry and Joann Stoneking. She is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Barbara Kinser; three sisters, Melissa Kinser (Kenny Bigford), Charlene Kinser and Kassie Kinser all of Okeechobee. A gathering will be held 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.
