Jerry Allen Lannom, 68
LEWES - Jerry Allen Lannom of Lewes, formerly of Steger, Ill., and Glenwood, Ill., passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007, at his residence, surrounded by his loved ones. He was 68.
He was born Nov. 15, 1938, in Springfield, Ohio, son of the late Glenn and Mary (Allen) Lannom.
Mr. Lannom drove a truck for S.G. Hayes for over 40 years.
He was a member of Teamsters Local 150, Chicago.
Mr. Lannom is survived by his wife of 25 years, Donna (Miller) Lannom; three daughters, Darci Lynn Lannom of Lewes, Kelly Macfarlane of Steger, and Patricia Kamradt and her husband Bob of Elgin, Ill.; two sons, Jerry Jr. and Jack Lannom, both of Steger; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gloria and Robert Miller of Milton; his brother-in-law, Ken Miller and his wife Anna of Georgetown and their daughters, Stephanie and Sarah; one brother, Joe Lannom and his wife Nancy and their two children of Indiana; and his three best friends, Sal Fichera, Dan Kortan and Ron Shoup.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Oct. 20 at the family residence.
Interment will be private.
Arrangements by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes.
