OKEECHOBEE - On July 25, 2016 Jennifer Nicole Treece has left this world entirely too early. Following a fatal auto accident she was treated at Lawnwood Medical Center. Unfortunately she did not survive the injuries sustained. She has fulfilled her desire to donate her earthly body. Jennifer is the daughter of Karen and Jeffery Treece, of Okeechobee. Born in Davie, Jennifer spent a wonderful 18 years in Okeechobee. During her time here in Okeechobee she attended South Elementary School, Osceola Middle School, Yearling Middle School, Okeechobee Freshman Campus, and Okeechobee High School. She was also a member of Orange Avenue Baptist Church. Jennifer carried the nickname "Slim" for most of her life. Jennifer "Slim" loved her friends immensely. She also loved the outdoors. A few of her hobbies were mudding, fishing, diving, and going to Big Pine Key Fishing Lodge in the Florida Keys, and air boating. Jennifer absolutely loved animals and had a huge heart. In her 18 years she touched so many lives and will be greatly missed for her big heart and contagious smile. Jennifer is survived by her father, Jeffery Mark Treece, Sr.; mother, Karen W Treece (Tim McGee); grandfather, Gordon Treece; grandmother, Delores Treece; brother, Jeffery Treece (Shelby McDuffie); sister, Jessica Treece (Travis); uncle, Pete Treece; cousins, Justin and Danny Treece; nephew, Cole Williams; as well as many other friends and family members. Jennifer is preceded in death by a very short list of loved ones, Adrienne W Monroe, Ricky Treece, David, Stacy Treece, and James C Monroe. Jennifer will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
