He graduated from Dover High School in 1972 and retired from the Smyrna Police Department.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at 1 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 South Main Street in Smyrna, Delaware and Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m.
