Jeanie Barlow, 58 HARRINGTON - Jeanie Barlow, of Harrington, died Tuesday July 22, 2008, in the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. She was 58. Born in Milford, she was the daughter to the late Clarence W. and Pauline E. Barlow. Ms. Barlow was a medical office technician for the Milford Open MRI Center. She enjoyed her job very much, and was very proud of her accomplishment of getting certified. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting doilies and knitting blankets. She made many doilies as gifts to her family, and enjoyed making the blankets for the newborns at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital. Ms. Barlow also enjoyed singing and enjoyed singing in church. She will be remembered as a good, kind hearted person who treated her nieces and nephews like her own children and loved her family dearly, but also enjoyed a good argument. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Marry Ann and Warren Draper. Ms. Barlow is survived by two brothers, Herbert Barlow of Ellendale and Joseph Barlow of Harrington; a special friend of 17 years, Alfred M. Jackson of Harrington; along with several nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Hwy., Harrington, where friends may call one hour prior. Burial will be in the Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
