DOVER - Jean Helen Leslie Warrington passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at home with her family.
Mrs. Warrington was born November 3, 1938, in Dover, Delaware to the late Lee Ashton Leslie and Mary Magdelene Leslie.
She worked for the Kent County Planning and Zoning Office for 30 years, retiring in 2000. Mrs. Warrington loved to read and do jumbles puzzles, but especially loved spending time with her family and her three grandchildren. Her grandchildren were her world. Even though she only had three biological grandchildren, she was "Mom-Mom" to all of her grandchildren's friends.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Robert (Bob) Warrington.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Warrington Martino and her husband Phillip of Dover; her grandchildren, Hillary, Nicholas and Heather Martino; her cousins, Bobbie Littlefield and her husband Jon, and David Bickling and his wife Judy; her Aunt Aliticia Bickling; dear friends, Ida and Orval Gannon, and Connie Holland; and her nephews, Sean and his wife Rhonda, Ryan, and Jamie Warrington.
Services will be private.
