Jane M. 'Janie' Boyce, 37

WILMINGTON - Jane M. "Janie" Boyce, of Wilmington, and formerly of Townsend, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, at Wilmington Hospital, Wilmington. She was 37. Born on May 24, 1971, in Newark, she was the daughter of the Harry Guiswite and the late Gladys M. (Vari) Guiswite. Janie is survived by her life partner, Gary Lawrence; two daughters, Melissa Guiswite and Kirsten Boyce; her father and step-mother, Harry and Linda Guiswite; and four sisters, Rebecca Shannon, Cynthia Rhodes, Stephanie Guiswite and Michele Stewart. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27 at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, where family and friends may visit two hours prior to services. Interment will be private.
