SMYRNA - James W. Kellett, of Smyrna, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 10, 2008, at home. He was 66.
Mr. Kellett was born in Wilmington on Feb. 7, 1942, to the late Allan Kellett and Sara Maxwell.
Jim had a long baking career and retired from Wonder Bread in 2006 as a delivery driver.
His interests include watching his grandchildren play sports, taking care of his animals and going to flea markets and auctions.
In addition to his parents, Jim was predeceased by his sister, Cora.
He is survived and will be sadly missed by his wife of 23 years, Janice Kellett; his daughter, Sue Gibson and her husband Mike; stepchildren, Kim Kossek and her husband John and Kenny Tielleman Jr. and his wife Donna; and grandchildren whom he cherished, John, James, Matt, Steven, Cory, Dale, Danielle and Kaleigh.
Services will be private.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Citizens' Hose Fire Co., P.O. Box 97, Smyrna, DE 19977.
Arrangements are by Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Smyrna.
