MILLSBORO - James W. Harris, Jr. passed away late Thursday morning of June 30, 2016 surrounded by loved ones. Born June 28, 1963, in Wilmington, he was the son of James and Nancy (Thompson) Harris. A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 9, 2016 at Pot-Nets, Lakeside Community Center in Long Neck, 33076 Rock Cove, Millsboro, at 2 p.m. with a repass to follow. In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made to his daughter, Brittany Baldwin.
