MILFORD - James C. Wells Jr., age 61, of Milford, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010, at his home. Mr. Wells was the son of Betsy (White) Wells and the late J. Carlton Wells Sr. Mr. Wells was a farmer in the area for many years with Wells Farms, Inc. He was a member of the Elks Club in Milford and the Delaware Farm Bureau. He is survived by his mother, Betsy (White) Wells of Milton; his wife of 33 years, Dawn; his children, Mark and his wife Kellei, Mike and his wife Carine, JoAnn and her husband J.C., Craig, and Stacey; four brothers, Gene Wells and his wife Linda of Seaford, Gerald Wells and his friend Renee, Glen Wells and his wife Mila, Jeff Wells and his wife Patsy, all of Milton; four grandchildren, Hunter, Garrett, Ryan and Samuel and also missed by Ryan, Shane and Kylie. Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, in the Chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton, where friends my call two hours earlier. Interment will be at Whites Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Rt 1, Milton.
