DOVER - Jack F. Scott "Scotty" passed away Friday, May 13, 2016 at home. He was 83. Mr. Scott was born February 24, 1933 in Chicasha, Oklahoma to the late Cecil Scott and Alta Glass Scott. He served in the United States Air Force for 4 years which brought him to Dover. In 1953 Mr. Scott began working for Coca-Cola delivering soda. In the 1960's he worked at Spence's Bazaar until his illness. Mr. Scott loved working on his old cars, playing golf and watching Cowboy Westerns. His favorite place to eat was the Countrie Eatery in Dover. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mae Spence Scott. He is survived by his sons, Mike Scott and his wife Linda of Milton, Blake Scott and his wife Holly of Dover; daughter, Donna Cooper of Tacoma, Wash.; grandchildren, Michael and Jennifer Scott of Dover, Lindsey and Jason Huttie of Dover, Tonia and George Kilroy of Los Angeles, Calif., Elizabeth and Herbert Tisher of Magnolia, Casey Scott of Camden/Wyoming, Blake Scott, Jr. of Dover, Tyler Scott of Virginia Beach, Va., Alexandra Cooper and Kyle Scott of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; great grandchildren, Michael and Wyatt Scott, Jase Huttie, Zoe and Xia Scott, G.J and Carly Kilroy, Jack and Ryan Tisher; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Entombment will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S.
