MILLSBORO - J. Franklin Richardson, age 80, of Millsboro, formerly of Upper Marlboro, Md., died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Franklin leaves his beloved wife of 54 years, Joan Buck Richardson; two daughters, Joy Havard and husband Donald Havard, and Jill Walker and husband Aubrey Walker Jr.; and a sister, Lorraine Griggs and husband Melvin Griggs Jr.; five grandchildren, Justin, Jamie and Calvin Havard and Houston and Remington Walker; and numerous family and friends. The visitation and calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., at Watson Funeral Home, Millsboro, on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 12, at St. George's Chapel, 20322 Beaver Dam Rd., Harbeson. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Millsboro.
