Isaac Edward Bowen, 82

HENDERSON, Md. - Isaac Edward Bowen, of Henderson, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, in Envoy of Denton. He was 82. He was born March, 16, 1926, in Baltimore, to the late Warren Vivian and Eva Janice Wood Bowen. Mr. Bowen was a World War II Army veteran serving in the 154th Division. He was a truck driver and enjoyed playing his banjo, guitar and harmonica. He is survived by special friends, Mr. and Mrs. William T. Heacock of North Beach. He was preceded in death by his wife Doris May Bowen. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday from the Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W Sunset Ave, Greensboro. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Meadow Ridge Cemetery, Elkridge. Condolences can be sent via www.fleegleandhelfenbein.com.
