LIBERTY, S.C. - Irvin Daniel White of Liberty died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2005, in his stepson's residence in Seaford, Del. He was 75.
Mr. White was born in Pittsville, Md., son of the late Dorothy Steininger and Walter M. White.
He worked in the Shipping Department for NCR Corp. in Liberty before retiring.
He enjoyed playing horseshoes, checkers and golf and made two holes-in-one during his lifetime.
Mr. White was a member of Ruhamah Baptist Church in Liberty and a member of the Senior Citizens in Liberty, where he drove the center's van.
He is survived by his wife, Emily Windsor Holloway White; a son, Michael I. White of Millsboro, Del.; a daughter, Sharon J. White of Millsboro; a stepson, Vernon H. Holloway II of Seaford; a brother, Murray White of Georgetown, Del.; three sisters, Maribell West of Millsboro, Ida Widdowson - his twin - of Mardela Springs, Md., and Amanda Tauber of Salisbury, Md.; two grandsons; a granddaughter; a great-grandson; and two step-grandsons.
Services were held in Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Seaford.
