SMYRNA - Irene S. Cramer passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020. Ms. Cramer was born September 1, 1941 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late John Spillane and Alena Dunkirk Spillane.
She worked as a Registered Nurse for 44 years retiring in 2004. Ms. Cramer enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tracy Cramer; and grandson, Steven Nicholas Kendrick; brother, John Spillane; and sister, Jane Miller.
She is survived by her daughters, LeeAnn Hardy and her husband Lawrence of Smyrna, Robin Wright and her husband Marlin of Taylorsville, N.C., Pamela Kendrick of Atoka, Tenn. and Ruth Perry of Spotsylvania, Va.; sister, Eva Martin; and brother, Tom Spillane; grandchildren, James Robert Hardy, Blake Douglas Hardy, Shelby Lynn Kendrick and Sean Wyatt Perry.
Services will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to www.millersvillechristianacademy.org.
