MILFORD - Howard C. Wilkins, II passed away peacefully on August 7, 2022 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus.
He was born on February 17, 1956 in Milford to the late Dolphus B. and Aileen C. Wilkins.
He was the owner and operator of Wilkins Fuel Company, started by his father in 1947.
He was a member of the Central Delaware Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and a past Ducks Unlimited State Chairperson.
He is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Wilkins of Jericho, VT., Julia A. Wilkins of Milford; step daughter, Tara A. Boos (Charlie) and their children Gavin and Eva of Laurel, DE; and step son, Kenneth G. Blakely of Milford.
At his request, there will be no services.
