HARRINGTON - Homer Clark Jr., of Harrington, passed away on June 27, 2011. He was 47. Mr. Clark worked for 20 years at the Box Factory in Harrington as the Assistant Manager of shipping. He met Teresa, his wife of over 20 years, at the Box. For the past several years he was a mail truck driver for R.E. Callaway. Mr. Clark enjoyed fishing and traveling. He knew somebody wherever he went. He was very straight forward and would tell you the truth no matter what. Mr. Clark was always there to help you whenever you needed a hand. Homer and Teresa Clark were the best parents Aaron and Sarah could ask for. They meant the world to their children. Mr. Clark was a member of the Harrington Moose Lodge. He is survived by a son, Aaron Clark of Harrington; daughter, Sarah Clark of Harrington; brothers, Donald and Roger Clark, both of Harrington; and sister, Darlene Trader of Harrington; nephews, Joe and Jeff Trader; and great-nephews, Shawn and Tyler Trader. He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Clark; and parents, Homer and Elizabeth Clark Sr. Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, July 2, where friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington. Arrangements are by the Melvin Funeral Home, visit our website at www.melvinfuneralhome.com for further information, leave a letter of condolence, or to send flowers.
