SELBYVILLE - Hilda M. Kelly, age 80, of Selbyville, formerly of Odenton, Md., passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at Atlantic Shores Nursing Home, Millsboro. She was born in Odenton, Md., daughter of the late Jesse and Sarah (Phelps) Brown. In addition, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Russell E. Kelly in 2010. Hilda is survived by two sons, Russell Wayne Kelly and is wife Jackie, and Michael E. Kelly and his wife Tina; and her brother, William M. Brown. A memorial service will be 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher Street, Frankford,where friends may call after 1:30 p.m. Interment will be private at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va.
