Henry T. Hickey Sr., 64

HARRINGTON - Henry T. Hickey Sr., of Harrington, passed away Monday, June 23, 2008, at Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. He was 64.

He was born Nov. 25, 1943, in Manhattan, N.Y., son of the late Frances and Dorothy (Schwartz) Hickey.

Henry worked in maintenance for Genesis Elder Care of Dover for 10 years.

He enjoyed watching movies and hunting.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Hickey; and two sisters, Shirley Hickey and Rose Mulattos.

Henry is survived by his wife, Francisca (Guzman) Hickey; four children, Henry T. Hickey Jr. of Milford, Susanne Mena of Dover, Cliff E. Hickey of Dover and Lillian D. Hickey of Smyrna; a sister, Marie Ramos and her husband Tony of Patterson, N.J.; a brother, George Hickey of Bronx, N.Y.; 15 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE 19934, where friends may call one hour before services.

Entombment will follow at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.

Instead of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the funeral home to help with expenses.
