Henry Orville Quillen

LAUREL - Henry "Rusty" Orville Quillen, of Laurel, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010, while at home with his wife who has loved him for the past twenty years. He was born in Milford on July 22, 1961. Rusty was a good man with a good heart. He loved his wife, his family, and his friends and showed them how important they were to him in many ways. He left his print on all of us and he will be missed more than he could ever have known. He was preceded in death by his stepmom, Norma Lee Quillen; and his wonderful sister, Lisa Walls. He is survived by his wife, Jane Quillen; his father, Henry Quillen; his mother, Shirley Ames; his brothers, Clarence Quillen, Charles Quillen, and Norman Jake Quillen; his sisters, Kim Blazer and Del Burke; his children, Donna Whaley, Rhonda Adcox, and Brian Watson, all who were there to make us laugh when at times it felt impossible. They helped with all of his needs and gave us both a lot of support when we needed it most. Additionally he leaves behind his daughter, Holly Laurenzi who he loved and spoke of often as well as his ten grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and a very special niece, Ashley. Rusty has also left behind many wonderful friends who took the time to come by and check in on him and make him laugh. Friends who came together to make his wish of riding his Harley one more time a wish come true. It meant so much to Rusty and we want to thank you all. All of whose names are too many to mention, you know who you are and he loved you all. His wife would like to thank their family and friends who even though it was difficult to see and deal with they put his feeling ahead of their own to spend time with him. It meant so very much to him. Services will be private.
